The first Bridge Street LIVE! of the month was held today, and kicked off strong.
Alongside DJ Courier, Mayor Pat McCabe was the opening DJ for the downtown event that began at 5 p.m.
The rest of the evening consisted of a hula hoop workshop, Big Poppa bubble performance, live music from The Party Jammers and LED robots from the Arkansas Circus Arts. Not to mention food and vendors, and a whole lot of dancing and lawn chair lounging.
And this was just the first of four free community-wide block parties, with a Bridge Street LIVE! concert happening every Thursday during June on downtown's Bridge Street.
