Missing teen found after issued Amber Alert, suspects in custody

The following information was gathered from the Hot Springs Police Department.

Case

Local teen Trynytee Case, 17, went missing Monday around 9:15 p.m. after leaving her job at Pour Some Sugar on Me Bakery at 503 Central Ave. An Amber Alert was issued around 10 a.m. Tuesday in search for Case. Police were in search for a White Nissan Versa with Tennessee plates.


At approximately 3:22 p.m. Tuesday, Case was located at or near Hunan Palace at 4737 Central Ave. with minor injuries.


At approximately 5:52 p.m. Tuesday, two suspects located at or near Back Porch Grill at 4810 Central Ave. were taken into custody: Samuel Wayne Bolling, 38, of Nashville, Tennessee, and Dayla Diane Ferrer, 19, of Memphis, Tennessee.


Bolling and Ferrer were transported to the Hot Springs Police Department. Both were subsequently charged with Kidnapping, Aggravated Robbery, Battery in the First Degree and False Imprisonment in the First Degree. Bolling and Ferrer are currently being held at the Garland County Detention Center with zero bond.
